heller's new arco stacking chair is simple and sleek but for some reason i can't shake the idea of a backyard plastic chair. well, a very classy backyard plastic chair. the black looks lovely but i still look at it and think of cookouts and lawnmowers. available online at unica home.

Love your site!!! Whatever happened to the affordable design idea from a couple months back? I was really looking forward to it, but most of the posts were focued on baby related rooms.
i decided to just embed it, instead of doing a special section with a different headline. although i post expensive things, a large portion of my posts deal with objects that are quite affordable. i frequently post goods from cb2, target, west elm, fred flare, etc that are under $200. however, i try not to have price dictate what i post, as i generally just like to post about things i think are interesting.
just for examples-sake, this week the following posts contained pieces under $200: heller chairs, not neutral collection, redstart's ring, various viva terra items, cb2 holiday decorations, good on paper cards, ipod shuffle covers, wishing fish mini mixers, dutch by design, hold everything sale and the dining journal...
have you ever seen umbra's stacking chair? it's pretty cool.
