How about: "Pretty pillows from Etro"
Let everyone else decide for themselves if they are pricey or not.

oh man, i can't win.

when i don't say something is expensive i get my head bitten off, but if i do, i get it bitten off anyway.

geesh.

i'll add though, personally i think over $250 for one pillow is pretty damn pricey.

seriously. what's with the attitude people? How about: "write your own friggin' blog." if the blog is called "design*sponge" then it pretty much follows that the opinions are by the author of the blog. "everyone else" can still "decide for themselves" if they agree or disagree.

Agreed. It's a blog. Just the right place for the author's opinion. And I'm with d*s...damn pricey pillows.

The point is that often the only comment about an item is it's price. It's sort of not debateable. Some may think it's too much, some not. Big deal. I'm all for D*S being opinionated. I think she should be more opinionated about the WORK. There could actually be a discussion here rather than an ohh and ahhh. I didn't mean to be "bitchy", I visit this site everyday and love it when I see something I've never seen before. I'm just sick and tired of the price becoming an issue, too. I think one solution would be to leave it out and just focus on this really great piece of design or whatever. And hey, have you ever thought about posting something that you really really hated? That could be fun.

d*s is choosing what to post, which is being "opinionated" in itself. Most of us like the prices being posted, so we'll know whether to bother exploring or not. $250 for one pillow is pretty pricey, if you are comparing it to what most pillows cost. Work for Etro, anonymous?
