pare umbrella
i heard from satoko at pare umbrella yesterday and it looks like they've added some new designs to their collection. i always love satoko's attention to detail (like delicate pink stitching on white leather handles) and her willingness to shake things up with a totally new color palette or style. this season i'm loving her "jack and bean tree" pattern (the wooden handle is a nice touch), "picnic" (complete with rattan handle with blue accents), and the "antique japanese" style- each one is lovelier than the next. you can check out pare's umbrellas right here. [thanks, satoko]

lovely. thanks for posting. i's definitely time for elegant umbrellas to return!
good to know... the top one would look lovely in my umbrella rack :) :)
Just ordered the Jack and Bean Tree ivory - now if it will only rain in Georgia! I've never understood why umbrellas need to be so boring - these are fun.
Beautiful! I especially like the first one.
