j schatz design was kind enough to send over the latest product from his studio's colorful collection. these beautiful
ceramic bird houses have a 1 1/8" diameter entry hole that attracts chickadees, wrens and smaller birds. the egg bird house is available in eight glossy colors for $125 each. they'd be such a nice house warming present or just a nice way to welcome the birds back this spring.

Oh my. Those are amazing.
do you think they could be made for humans too? I fancy living in a hanging egg house, swinging softly in the breeze.....
these are so great, but very much a splurge! for classy birds only
these are indeed very, very nice but in reality they are not practical, that is, if you are looking for a bird feeder not an ornament. Food that cannot be picked up by the birdies tends to rot at the bottom…
