no, not that cj...

bone china bowl forms with plastic inserts made by stella corrall

although my heart belongs to this cj, i've started to make room for a new cj in my life....one that is less actor and more designer. cj oneill is a manchester-based ceramicist and interior accesory queen. her designs are subtle and modern, yet classic enough to fit into most people's homes. most of her work revolves around gorgeous bone china bowls- in the form of sconces, table lights or beautiful decorative servingware. i was drawn to the porcelain serving bowls first, as they have the most lovely plastic insert created by stella corrall. they're most likely intended to be shown without food, etc in them, and that's just fine by me. who'd want to cover up those super cute plastic inserts anyway? cj's designs are delicate, original and above all, beautifully designed pieces that would be lovely additions to anyone's home. you can find out more about cj here. (be sure to catch the bowls used as wall sconces- it's a gorgeous installation).
