We had an awful experience at Dutch By Design. We love their stuff. However, we ordered a lamp and when they sent us the wrong color, they refused to pay for the return S&H. Since the shipping charges were about $70, we were not about to pay that much for their mistake. We eventually had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. First time we've ever had to do something like that. It's too bad, because they have interesting things. But I will never shop there again.
