i love bathtubs. i've always wanted a classic claw-foot bathtub, but while cruisin around for em, i found these and thought i'd share. not exactly hot off the presses (le cob is pretty old), but sometimes things are so cool you have to revisit them. if nothing else, they look cool and i thought you might get a kick of of em too.

the porthole bathtub from the water monopoly gives a whole new meaning the idea of peekaboo with it's porthole windows on the side of the tub. a very cool way to watch the water rise and maybe even get a rise out of whoever's watching you in the tub. i know i know, so bad, so bad. but if porthole's aren't your thing, check out the le cob tub from omviva. that's one hot bathtub. not exactly built for two, but you could have one heck of a relaxing time in this chaise-like tub. i don't care how much it costs or how practical it is- this thing is COOL. i'm sure i couldn't afford it in a million years, but to those of you who can- i'm very, very jealous. check out the rest of the tub gear that the water monopoly has to offer here and cruise on by omviva to learn more about the le cob tub's designer.
