is there really a problem people are having with hanging the teabag over the side of the glass?
what am i missing?

Says they take Visa and MasterCard, so hopefully they'll ship to the states.
I imagine it holds the bag in place so the flag won't fall into the cup, which is sometimes a problem when hanging the bag over the side of the glass. My friends and I used to refer to the sinking of the flag as a 'capote' - we'd exclaim "you capote'd your bag!" and giggle. Yes, i realize this makes me an enormous nerd.
