We had these in our office in San Francisco years ago. We threw about 5 of them away because they became just piled up with junk. Nobody used them. They're interesting to look at but useless to use. The compartments are just not convenient, and the three (yes, 3) wheels make them precarious when loaded up. Don't bother.
I use mine everyday. It has 5 wheels (as do the ones pictured).
I was thinking of getting one of these, but then I realized for my storage needs Dorthee Becker's utensilo suited me much better. Don't negled mod plastic storage device!

I have several of these in my office...they are very functional and people compliment me on them all the time.
Hmmm, 5 wheels. I distinctly remember ours had 3, must be an update, like the Eames office chairs with 5 feet now (not 4). I'm glad people still find them useful, I'd have thrown them your way had I known.
my brother is a designer and my parents bought him one about 20 years ago for a gift.
he still has it. it's in great condition and he loves it.
you can still get them a places like www.topdeq.com
