I can't believe that tissue ring is still around. If you have pet hair, dust, or any such thing in your house (com'on, everyone has dust), your tissues aren't exactly going to be pristine for your nose or eyes. What's next, keeping our Q-tips inside the toilet tank?
i hardly think the tissue ring is the same thing as keeping your q-tips in the toilet tank.
