the rainbow looks good - but the same is probably easily available(and cheap) at most handicraft expos(that the expos may not happen outside of India is another matter).
I dont quite think it will look good enuf to carry an iPod in it.

i disagree actually- i think it's beyond beautiful enough to carry an ipod. i'm actually not quite as enamored of the ipod itself these days...

you're welcome. And as you say, to each his/her own. I was coming from a viewpoint where an urbane thing like a nano sitting in one that (at least to me) is sorta rustic(even though it looks good).
It is nice to have the expos, yes. Gives you a perspective on prices. you generally come across prices, that while profitable for the seller are still 2 o3 3 times lower than what one would pay at a retailer.
