The texture of those white vases, reminded me of something similar at IKEA.

Ok, I am guilty. I bought a piece of lacquered furniture at West Elm 2 weeks ago. So, I am a bit of a hypocrite when I say this...

West Elm is so just shady for blatantly ripping off designers. I saw those vases at West Elm a few weeks back and all I could think about was how they were such blatant knockoffs of Jonathan Adler vases. Especially the one with all of the bumps on it. It is like the Breast vase sans the actual breast.

I must agree with the comment about looking like Jonathan Adler vases. That was my first thought. It could be that Adler designed these vases as I have noticed his designs at other retailers that aren't available on his website.

These coloured vases are actually knock offs of well known Holmegaard Per Lutken vases. How sad, not even a good knock off. Geesh.

they're a similar style, but i can't find an example of lutken's work that looks exactly like this design was totally ripped off from it. perhaps inspired, but they don't look like straight rip offs from what i found- could you please provide an example that proves your ripoff theory? thanks.

as for adler- yes, very similar. but i'm just glad i can afford these.
