there are a few great design books out right now that i just had to share: "diy: design it yourself" by ellen lupton and "you can wear it again" by meg mateo ilasclo (designer of those super cute pillows!). both books examine design from a diy perspective and prove you don't have to dish out a million bucks to fill your life with beautiful design (meg's book looks at how to reimagine those hideous bridesmaid's dresses we all have to wear at some point). click here for more info on 'diy' and click here for more info on meg's 'wear it again'- and don't forget apartment therapy's book is out march 28! enjoy!
