hot off the presses! for those of you in brooklyn, this is one event that is a must-visit. rare device is proud to present 'We Like The Things That Springtime Brings' by brooklyn textile designer and illustrator lena corwin. lena's work will occupy the entire front window of the shop and can be viewed from may 3-31, 2006. a reception will be held thursday, may 11 from 6-9pm and will be hosted by, well, me! so, if you're in the area, bring a friend and bring your metro card so you can hop on the subway and check out lena's work for rare device. there will be fun and great designs from lena and rena for everyone. send an email if you need directions or any other info- it promises to be a night full of great brooklyn design.
