sala-d design
based in barcelona, sala-d design has just released "se non hanno pane - che mangino brioche"- a series of products that blend rococo opulence with digital austerity. the series is composed of a coffe table, picture frame, wall sconces, floor lamp and a 'torchiere', to be presented at milan design week 2006. if you're there, check them out and let us know how it all looks in person. i'm diggin the frame. click here for more info on sala-d. [thanks to heinrich at sala-d for the heads up!]
