I can never access the podcast. It loads and says done, but the page is empty. I'm a Swede and a huge fan of Karin, I really want to hear her interview. Can someone help me out?
Thank you! anna
I am such a big fan of Karin's stuff. I first discovered her through the Yellow House in Brighton.
I love the tea cup in the photograph you've chosen - the one with the green flower. Where can I get that?! I can't seem to find it in the links.
So lovely!
Thanks Grace!

Merci for the wonderful interview Grace. I understand Karin's dislike of plagiarism if she's talking about deliberate plagiarism but, I also believe that there exists no original thought...that we are all recording things, like design, in our subconciousness and reinterpreting them.
Hey..yes I do! thanks..! :)
(I just got another order through from Rena today actually - so glad they are selling well stateside! )
Great podcast, Grace. It is so cool to listen to a fellow potter talk about her inspiration, sources and techniques. I too, wondered about her concern about plagerism. Direct ripping off is a huge problem, but within the context of influence, evolution and inspiration, work will affect the "look" of other work, especially if it has strong resonance. I appreciate Sylvie for bring up this point.
:) mad
hi everyone!
about plagiarism - i'm talking about the direct copying of products or the "too close for comfort" designs that - strangely enough - often large companies do. one would think knew better or could afford not to do it like that.
being influenced by something or someone - conciously or subconciously - is different. i'm a great believer in sharing and being generous with both ideas, work in progress and experiences.
;) karin
