furni + a summer note

you may have noticed that this week there have been fewer posts than normal. this week kicks off summer at d*s which will include fantastic summer finds (and some new contests and features- and the long awaited d*s shop!) but will also see posts change from around 10 a day to between 3-5. as we head out to the beach, lakehouse or just the backyard, i figured we could all use a little less time in front of a computer (that includes me). so every day we'll have some quality finds on d*s and a new (exclusive) find on d*s on hg, so between the two sites, i'll try to keep your summer design needs covered. so, happy summer! the gang at furni introduced two great new modern clocks this year as part of the jacob, jones and brown line. the gator SE and walsh clocks combine quality wood with minimalist design for one solid, chic timepiece. maybe even a great gift for dad (though it might be a bit late) for more info on furni's new line click here and for some dad's day finds, check out señor spears right here.
