husmusen: moment of silence
it's with a heavy heart that i write this post: frida's husmusen blog has closed its doors. frida has taken a new job with cult design in gothenburg that prohibits her from blogging about non-cult design products so she's had to close up shop. as many of you know her blog was my absolute favorite. it was my only daily must-read and i will miss her spot-on taste and ability to find the GREATEST new scandinavian designs. i'm happy for her new job but secretly hope someone offers to pay her to come back and run husmusen. so sad. frida will now be blogging about cult-design goods right here, so if you need a little frida fix you can check out the new site. so sad. rip husmusen, i'll miss you. click here for one last look at the fabulous finds of husmusen. sniff sniff.

ohhh, what a bummer. i only just discovered her site last week, through you. is there a way to translate her old blog and her new one to english?

well, there's always that google program but i find that the pictures and links are ok for me. although it would be nice to know what she's actually saying ;)

oh dear, I will miss husmusen, too. I agree with you, grace. I've been reading husmusen ever since I found her comments on d*s. Husmusen always had the bestest scandinavian finds. Truly sad.
