rob nadeau
amy at amh design had one more fantastic link to send me when we spoke the other day- a link to designer rob nadeau. rob is an artist and designer living in new york who creates truly stunning rugs made from latex. working primarily as an abstract painter, rob decided to take on a new project called vinyl tap rugs: limited editions of hand poured acrylic on vinyl rugs cut out into abstract shapes. the result is really phenomenal and has garnered a fair amount of major press attention already, but i thought you guys would get a kick out of it if you hadn't seen it before. i'm really taken with the sunburst style rug peeking out from beneath the desk. for more information on rob's work click here. enjoy! [thanks, amy!]

W-O-W!
very neat. that middle one would look great in my new studio....
Vinyl tap. I love the name. Floorcloths essentially -- just a different take.
OMG I love it!
crazy how much I love this - to bad I have no space for a 9' x 16' rug.
