flutterby wallpaper
british designer selina rose just introduced a new wallpaper design to her existing collection. 'flutterby' is an intricately cut wallpaper design that features circling butterflies that can be lifted and folded as desired, creating a three dimensional surface for walls. the press release states that rose describes raised wings as, "reminiscent of opening the little doors on an advent calendar as a child". lovely. click here for more information.

beautiful! but how does one paste it? is it a sheet with cutouts overlaying another sheet that is pasted to the wall?
how unique!
I've seen one of those in an IKEA magazine (don't know if you have those in the US or UK). Beautiful!
i heart this so much. Must be fun to dust though
I love this so much it almost makes me give up my general distaste for wallpaper.
