we talked about restlessthings' blue fawn print a few weeks ago but i wanted to add one of her newest designs- a new floral gocco print on vintage book pages. it's only $10 and there are 20 left so if you're interested just click here to get more info and place your order.

Sounds like someone got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, eh Coral? So nasty...
I think the work is beautiful and if you site says you sold out last time it looks like your "gimmick" is working. :-)

Just another "Jennifer's" opinion here, but I think that first comment was a bit unfair. I think that the work is very esthetically pleasing. Nice colors and combination of textures. A lot of people are drawn to this mixture of old and new.
For me, these prints remind me of when I would press flowers inside of books :-)

despite opinions expressed above, i thought this piece was lovely, and am happy to say i snapped one up! would be great to have a whole series of them (hint, hint).
d*s I thought you allowed individuals to comment on a piece due to the fact that everyone has their own opinion. I posted earlier and I see you did not approve it....What I said was not hurtful in any way nor was I attacking anyone. All that was stated in the prior comment was that not everyone has to "like" the same things. Art stirs up certain emotions in people and you can expect to get many different responses. I don't understand why when someone doesn't like a piece, others take it personal as if they created the art and attack that person...... just express how you feel about the piece to try to make the individual understand it better and if they still don't get it then that's ok too. At least the art is getting attention, right.
I bought one of the blue fawn prints and it is stunningly beautiful. Liv has a keen eye for color and I think that the imperfect quality of the torn paper is exactly what makes these prints worth buying: it's handmade, one of a kind, and someone spent time and effort producing something unique. It's fine to have a different aesthetic, but I think it's underhanded to denigrate something by saying it would be marked down in a pound shop.
