Anon - it looks a lot like a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier.

That is so wondeful! I love that wheel wallpaper.
doesn't look to have consistent proportions and coloring to be a purebred, also not groomed to standard. a terrier mix for sure! but who cares, it's so darn cute! and nicely posed for the photo!
