students in milan
today i was like a kid in a candy store- i focused entirely on student and independent design in milan and was so, so thrilled with the results. i spent most of my day in an area known as the tortona checking out dutch, japanese, french and british design work- along with a great selection of design from independent artists. the results are here at d*s on h&g- i hope you enjoy it. more to come later today...d*s

how exciting! sometimes student works are the most interesting and promising.
that last one reminds me of ruth asawa's crocheted wire sculptures... particularly this one.
we're so lucky you're there covering this for us!
