the sound of panic
today i'm heading out early to work on finishing up our apartment. the other day it hit me: i promised i'd do a sneak peek of our house as the first post on the new site and the house isn't done. eek! it will never be totally done but there's a lot that could be finished up today so i'm going to head out early to finish some painting, find some much needed details and make things a little spiffier for the big reveal next monday. so stay tuned, monday i'll introduce the new d*s (some new team members!) and our little d*s home. can't wait!Labels: interior design

Very exciting! I'd love to take some time to tie up a few loose ends around our place- or even to have a good, long think about where to *start* on our bathroom. Like you I've set a deadline for when I want the house to be comfortably presentable but at the moment it's not looming too close so I'm still not getting off my ass to do anything! The mirror is gorgeous by the way - I'd kill to find one like that around these parts. Stoked about the new d*s - good luck!
wow! it's hard to believe how quickly october 1st is coming, i can't wait to see the new site and i've been wondering what your place is like for some time now! great mirror, i have that one on my wish list but i might have to settle for something else because i'm having a hard time convincing my husband that it's worth every penny of the cost. he just doesn't understand, i guess!

the mirror looks fab against that wall color, grace. it's so funny you chose that mirror - i was debating on that one too. but i picked up a faux bamboo one on etsy (which will need a coat of white paint). looks so lovely with the simple white hook, too.

ooh! faux bamboo sound so good. i'm totally hung up on bamboo right now ;)
and yep, this was the spotted wall. i loved the spots themselves but ultimately they were too busy for such a small space.
