trolling through velocity's 'new' section....
love the new salvor mini fauna pillows ($36 a piece), new furniture from 3 square and gorgeous works from rex ray (pricey, but worth the investment if you're looking...). all on velocity's website.

Oh...I gotta weigh in on rex ray's stuff. I saw one of his prints in Domino Mag last month and had to go look him up on the web-- and was smitten. yeah, pricey, but if I had the disposible income I would certainly have a rex ray hanging in my house. he's like Eric Carle for adults.
I work 5 blocks away from Velocity and they're having a gigantic sale today starting at 11. I can hardly contain my excitement!! :)
I'm moving to Brooklyn in October and can't wait to track down all the places you talk about. yesssss
ps. one of my coworkers and I, being designers, highly anticipate your posts and they definetly get us through the day with creative jolts. so I raise my glass..er..my waterbottle to you.
