the ebay-ification of design: kollektion is a chicago/st. louis-based urban resale site (concentrating on mid-century/danish modern furnishings & fine art) that sells the majority of their collection on ebay ("400+ transactions w/100% positive feedback", they note) under the seller name yramtac71.
while i'm always a bit wary of ebay and buying things site unseen, i know some people will be interested to check out a resource like this, so i thought i'd pass it on. happy ebay-ing!

What a surprise to see the plant stand in your post - it's a piece I grew up with and just inherited from my parents. Thanks for the resource link!
I have had much experience with Kollection being from Chicago and addicted to just about everything they aquire and can say that they are honest and really a pleasure to deal with. On top of this they will keep their eyes out for your requests.
Also of interest though less prolific is http://modern-chicago.com/ another local MidCentMod reseller.
Seems that Chicago suburbs are filled to the brim with fantastic finds.
Tonight I'm picking up my Wassily chair from them, and yes it's an original!
