tucker robbins

bean

sometimes all you want is a good, solid piece of furniture. nothing spindly, plastic or fancy schmancy. if this sounds like you, then look no further than long island city's tucker robbins. tucker's furniture focuses on beautiful, high-quality woods used to create visually substantial furniture with organic curves. i'm nuts about this "bean" chair- it might weight a ton, but it sure would look beautiful. you can find more on tucker right here (he used to be a monk!)

Wow! These remind me of my furniture in South America; You had to wipe around everything because the furniture and sculptures were solid wood!
