i'm really feeling the raw wood thing today- and i especially love brooklyn based design team uhuru's update on their lite stool. originally banded with a bike rim, the lite stool now uses a construction method that eliminates the need to be bound by a rim and increases the flexibility of the size and shape. it also reduces the weight and amount of material by 60%. very cool. click here for more info.
