couverture
i used to think i knew a lot about the web but after reading through part one and two of the bloggers' shopping guide i'm overwhelmed with great new shops i've never even heard of. one of my favorites? couverture, a suggestion of irene's that's chock-full of fantastic home accessories. thankfully our home doesn't need any more pillows or i'd be tempted to order these two fruit print pieces. cheerful and colorful- not a bad way to start a friday.

that pear pillow rocks!
I'd never heard of this shop either. And I so want one of those pear pillows.
Jonathan Adler had pillows with the same design. When I worked at his store in 2006 they were on display. His are woven, as are these. They also come made to order. One of the shop girls ordered the banana pillow with a turq. background; it looked very Warhol. They are still on his site. www.jonathanadler.com
